I further confirm that I accept the Usage Rights conferred upon me as Owner Member of the above mentioned Erf and confirm that I am aware that my Usage Rights will lapse on the earlier of my terminating my membership or upon my no longer having proprietary interest in the property. In such an event, I will forthwith return to the Club any entrance disc, membership card, and any other items issued by the Club and shall cease to have any right to use the same.
