Atlantic Beach Estate (“Property”), hereby, and until further notice, nominate the undermentioned person, a resident at the Property, to have the right to use the golf course and the facilities of the Atlantic Beach Links Club (“Club”) in terms of Article [5.1] of the Constitution (“Usage Rights”).
